Salad brand Florette is launching a new range of fresh stir-fry products called ‘Ready to Wok’, offering new recipe mixes and premium ingredients.
The range comprise of salad bags, including Pepper & Edamame Beans and Butternut Squash & Sugar Snap Peas. Each bag has a recipe suggestion to guide shoppers and cook in five to six minutes.
The range also includes Stir Fry Vegetable Pots, which contain fresh vegetables, rice or noodles and a sauce and cook in less than ten minutes.
In a survey carried out by Empathy Research for Florette, one quarter of Irish adults said a stir-fry was their favourite dish, while 76% of adults believe that stir-fry is one of the healthiest options when it comes to dinner choices.
“In addition to the healthy aspect of stir fry cooking, convenience and inspiring people to be creative are also key factors in its popularity”, explained Sandy Sewell, Florette’s Commercial Director.
