Freshly Chopped Expands Internationally In Cyprus

Irish healthy fast food company Freshly Chopped has announced the opening of its first international outlet in Cyprus, with further plans for a Europe-wide expansion, according to reports by ShelfLife.

The highly successful Irish company will bring 15 new jobs, with the Cypriot store in the capital city Nicosia. Two more stores are planned in the region and the sale of a master franchise is also in the pipeline.

The Nicosia store will implement local culinary options to the menu and source local ingredients.

Veteran Business Partner

The Irish company opened on the Mediterranean island in partnership with Karen Polyviou, a veteran Cypriot business owner with wide-ranging franchise experience.

“We are confident Cyprus is the perfect place to fuel our expansion across Europe, as healthy eating is ingrained in Cypriot culture,” Brian Lee, co-founder and CEO, Freshly Chopped, said at the announcement.
