Multi award-winning artisan food producer Mr Crumb has won the All-Ireland All-Star Innovative Company 2020 award.

The family-run business, located in the small rural village of Finea, Co Westmeath, was founded in 1996 and is famous for its international award-winning stuffing, and also makes breadcrumbs, flavoured butters and food-to-go products.

The company is a major local employer and exporter to many countries, including the UK, France, Germany, The Falkland Islands and the US.

Invisible Chef

Mr Crumb have just launched a new range of ‘Cook & Serve in Pack’ hot food-to-go under the brand Invisible Chef which, they claim, provides an effective and consumer safe food solution for retail and foodservice businesses struggling with the effects of  Covid.

“Our unique selling point is that the products are cooked in pack in any cooking appliance and two minutes later, they are cooked, with no handling of the product before or after cooking,” says Mr Crumb director, Jason Coyle.
