Musgrave Group plc has appointed Roisin Brennan as its board’s new non-executive director.
Brennan has been on the board of DCC plc since 2005 and is currently a member of its audit committee, while holding a similar role as a director at UTV Media plc where she is also chairman of UTV Ireland.
She is a board member of State enterprise Coillte, and was on the board of the Irish Takeover Panel and was a member of of University College Dublin Finance Committee.
Brennan holds a law degree from UCD, and is also a chartered accountant.
Roisin also had a long standing career with IBI Corporate Finance Ltd and served as CEO from 2006 and Chairman from 2008 to 2011.
Peter Lacy, Musgrave Group Chairman commented on her appointment; “Through her previous roles, Roisin brings with her unique insight and a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors which will be a valuable asset to the Musgrave business."
