SuperValu To Sell €3.3m Worth Of Turkeys This Christmas

SuperValu expects to sell €3.3 million worth of Irish whole turkeys over the Christmas period this year. The Bord Bia approved 100% Irish turkeys will be available from December 20 in stores nationwide and are supplied by Monaghan-based Grove Turkeys Ltd and IGWT Poultry Services Ltd. 

Martin Kelleher, managing director, SuperValu, said,“We are delighted to offer our customers the very best Irish turkeys this Christmas. A staple of Christmas dinners all across the country, we have partnered with established Irish Turkey suppliers and farmers who like SuperValu retailers are embedded in the community which they serve.
