Supervalu Signs €160,000 Deal With Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers

SuperValu has signed a deal with Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers to exclusively stock its Cashel Blue Cream Cheese.

Worth €160,000, the deal will see the newly launched product – a mix of Cashel Blue, cream cheese and fresh cream – available only in SuperValu stores.

Commenting on the partnership, Sarah Furno, Managing Director, Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers, said: “We have been making cheese on our farm for over 30 years using local, natural ingredients and are delighted to offer our new Cashel Blue Cream Cheese exclusively to SuperValu customers. Produced using only 100% natural ingredients, our aim is to make a spreadable and smooth blue cream cheese which will make specialty cheese accessible to everyone.”
