Bounce Insights Raises €750,000 Funding For UK Launch

Bounce Insights has announced that it has closed a funding round of €750,000 to fuel their launch in the UK and grow their team out to 30 people in 2022.

The consumer research start-up has already gained an impressive set of clients in Ireland in their first year in business including Diageo, Tesco, Glanbia, Coca-Cola HBC, Musgrave’s, Pernod Ricard & Bewley’s, the company said.

“Our goal is to enable brands to validate the assumptions behind every decision they make using authentic consumer data” said CEO, Brian O’Mahony.

Consumer Research Solutions

The team noted that it believes that current consumer research solutions are slow, expensive and cumbersome and thus, many brands are left frustrated.

“From our experience talking to brands, a lot of the research you will see carried out in Ireland is after-the-fact, or outdated by the time decisions need to be made. This means that most key decisions are made on guesswork or gut-feeling,” O’Mahony said.

By combining an end-to-end research platform with expert survey creation and design support, Bounce said that it makes it easy for brands to capture data they can trust from any consumer cohort they need to access.

The team hopes they can encourage brands to conduct research continuously with their platform, which will 'breed an insights-driven culture that will allow brands to make decisions built on consumer data, rather than guesswork.'

Fast-Growth

The company's fast-growth comes as no surprise when you hear what their clients have to say.

Sergio Salazzari of Coca-Cola HBC said, “Bounce is any Insights Manager’s dream come true – agility, speed and great support from the team. They pair technological and consultancy expertise in an excellent end to end service."

"The platform is really user friendly and the turnover time is impressive, giving fast paced organisations a ready to use tool to answer strategic questions and capture market dynamics,” he added.
