ECR Ireland's 4th annual CatMan & Shopper Marketing Conference and Awards takes place at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin, on Tuesday 12 November. Checkout has been announced as the media partner of the event for the third year running.

The four finalists in the running for the Shopper Marketing Awards, each of which will be presenting at the event, are Britvic Ireland, Green Isle Foods, Topaz Energy and PepsiCo Ireland for its work with BWG Foods. This year, delegate votes will be used to determine the winner of the award, which was won last year by Tesco Ireland and P&G.

Also presenting at the annual event, under the theme 'Making It Happen In-Store' are Paul Corcoran, Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland ("Delivering meaningful Consumer Centric ranging by day part & occasion"), Joe Wilde, Eye Level ("The Seven I's of the Shopper"), Matt Robinson, Symphony EYC ("Shopper Insight Driving On-Shelf Relevance") and Jenny Taafe, iZest ("Retail Marketing with a Digital Edge"). The event is sponsored by Brandview and Symphony EYC.

General Manager at ECR Ireland, Declan Carolan, described the event as a "must attend for all practitioners due to the practical case study presentations on-stage and the networking opportunities. The ECR Awards are the highlight of the event and four finalists will present their entries for consideration. This year, delegate voting will contribute to the scoring making the Award an extremely sought after accolade.”

As well as the annual CatMan Conference, the following day ECR Ireland will host its first ECR Ireland Supply Chain Summit, in association with PWC. The event, which takes place on Wednesday 13th October at Citywest Hotel, will highlight the major topics, challenges and trends in the Irish grocery supply chain.
